Hot and cold, 200 gallon pressurized water system. 15 foot water slide, blankets and pillows ( bring all other linens ). Tinted window, 120 qt. cooler on deck with ceiling fan with 800 sq.ft. sundeck roof and holding tanks.

Deposit Policy:
A 500.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation for your houseboat. This deposit is refunded to you when you check out. If you cancel your reservation your deposit is forfeited.
