Air conditioning and heat, six seat dining table plus bar, Deluxe deck furniture, LP gas grill on front deck. Hot and cold, 200 gallon pressurized water system. 15 foot water slide, blankets and pillows ( bring all other linens ). Tinted window, 120 qt. cooler on deck with ceiling fan with 800 sq.ft. sundeck roof and holding tanks.

Deposit Policy:
A 500.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation for your houseboat. This deposit is refunded to you when you check out. If you cancel your reservation your deposit is forfeited.
